Vodacom sucks!

I’m really disgusted in the manner how Vodacom doesn’t care a damn about their clients. My phone died in February 2020, I had it repaired through Vodacom as it’s a contract phone and I had insurance for it. I went back and forth with Vodacom on all social media platforms and in and out of their branch in Oudtshoorn. It’s just promise after promise, the contract is ending in June 2021 and I’m still waiting for the damn phone I handed in at their branch. I’m really disgusted, sick and irritated. Even the store manager doesn’t seem to understand what the hell they must be doing, promises after promises. People please stay far away from Vodacom, they are worse than the ANC government when it comes to service delivery!!!
