Vodacom sucks

Vodacom is literally the worst service provider in South Africa. When you need assistance its take ridiculously long to get a hold of an agent if you are lucky enough to get through to someone. Then the app is useless, if you don’t have data you cannot access the app to buy data, and when you use the ussd code the first thing vodacom does is sms you to download their app, which is useless without data. We have been struggling for weeks without service in our area, so i go onto the app the chat to tobi, but then you meet a road block because he wants to send a otp via sms but I’m unable to receive an sms due to their not being any network so that part of the app is even more useless. This is an ongoing issue in our country where companies this size can advertise blunt lies to the public and once you buy into their lies you are thrown to the side and forgotten about, they are only interested in getting new clients but completely neglecting their existing clients. ********* come in all shapes and sizes in this country. I would advise no single person to go with Vodacom.
