VODACOM SUCKS

My name is Vincent and I am very disappointed. I went to Vodacom last week Friday (10/04/2015) to do an upgrade. I have been waiting for my phone since then. The consultant by the name of Ryan, said I was going to receive my iPhone 5c on Wednesday but when I went there he then told me I should come on Friday (17/04/2015). Well I went yesterday and he said he doesn't know what happened to the phone. One of his colleaque told me that the phone is discontinued. I mean how unprofessional is that. Ryan even told me I can go to another shop if I cannot wait.
