Vodacom SUCKS !!!

i had a phone contract that ended 1st march and i called to cancel my contract at the beginning of february. what a ****** mission, they all but refused to cancel it because they wanted me to still pay for a cheaper package "to keep my number"... when all i wanted is to not be on contract anymore, to top up each month as needed on my own and not be tied into anything with them monthly. but it was a fight, even with the manage i spoke to AND still now i owe money for a package i never asked for!!!
