Vodacom sucks

We have Fibre in our area now and last week Vodacom comes knocking on my door to sell me fibre packages. I agree to one and fill in the application etc. I get told I must not stress it will be in and up and running by this week Friday. Well bam. It has taken 3 days of me calling and the manager (Karabo and salesman Lee) not doing anything about my complaint, so I am finally on Hellopeter. I am sure we know that nothing will get done about it so I have cancelled my order and I will find another service provider. Thank you for nothing VODACOM. I have been a loyal customer since Vodacom started and this is how you repay loyalty. You did not even have the decency to call me back for any one of my complaints. Karabo and Lee, I hope you are proud of yourselves.
