Vodacom sucks!

Several weeks back I had a call from a Vodacom agent to suggest that they could migrate me from my current open-line package to a new one with the exact same minutes and data and messages, to save me money. Of course I was keen since it was costing me about R750 per month so who doesn't want to save money? After a month I suddenly found my phone was dead so after much rushing around and phoning on my work phone I popped into the local Vodacom store only to discover they had neglected to tell me my phone would take 24 hours to migrate. Then after only 11 days, I discovered my phone was dead again. After phoning around desperately, I discovered that all my data was used up (huh?) and I had NO PHONE again due to the fact that my 120 minutes of outstanding voice minutes is useless without data. In fact I can't even go online on my work computer because apparently they neglected to tell me it is a top-up plan that they migrated me to, meaning I had to now get in my car and drive to the nearest petrol station to buy data so I could use my 120 voice minutes or send an SMS. Really? This is the most ridiculous plan I have ever heard of! Then just to make it more interesting, they tell me it now takes 3 months to migrate me back to my original plan! They *****ed up and now I must be penalised by having to live on a pay-as-you-go plan for the next 3 months? Shocking ... absolutely shocking! Definitely time for a new service provider!
