Vodacom SUCKS

I have a contract phone with Vodacom and my Gosh! They increase their monthly instalments without informing you, i don't know how many times i have given out my cellphone number(which is crazy because, hello? it's a vodacom phone so shouldn't you have this number??) I have had my contract with Vodacom for less than a year, and my monthly instalment has gone up twice. TWICE. Without my knowledge. They will lie about sending a bull**** email. Vodacom is full of ****. Honestly.
