Vodacom sucks

I took a sim only contract via telephone salesman. I.e r79 per month for 2gb data and r120 minutes. Its been 2 months and i havent received data, only minutes. Ive been trying the ********** 4 number only to be put on a waiting list for 30 minutes at a time on several occasions. I cant get a hold of any one to rectify issue and the physical branch cant help because its vodacom online.
