Vodacom sucks

Good day, I have contacted your department in December regarding problems we experienced with Vodacom and they rep**** that they will contact us.

Sadly nothing good has happened and we are even more in dire straights and wants to bring our problem to you again.

We are customers of Vodacom for many years but today we are very dissatisfied and very unhappy with the service and/or lack thereof.

We believe Vodacom owe us money but we cannot get anybody to address our grievances. Since October 2018 they have messed up our account due to the incompetence of their staff. Each time we try to resolve this issue we hit a brick wall.

Hereby a summary of what happened.

1. At the end of September 2018 our account was paid in full and up to date.

2. On 15 October 2018 we asked to prematurely cancel one of our two contracts. They quoted us R3829.56 which we paid immediately.

3. This cancellation order was not logged of processed and for the next 4 months, Vodacom continued to charge us for this cancelled phone contract as well as the remaining contract.

Both these accounts we then deducted from the money we paid to cancel one contract.

4. At the end of January 2019, Vodacom withdrew a lump sum of R1855.63 from our bank account. We tried to get somebody to explain why this amount was taken but was once again confronted with no service.

After a lot of investigation we realized that this total was exactly the same amount for both contracts for the 4 months they have already taken from the cancellation money since October to January 2019.

So if we understand this correctly, Vodacom has taken money from us twice and in doing so caused us a lot of financial discomfort.

If anybody can help us it will be much appreciated.

Regards
