Vodacom sucks
<p>I've been a loyal client of Vodacom for over 20 years and currently have 3 active lines with them. Sadly this loyalty mean nothing to this BULLY of company. Over the last 3months I had endless problems with their service. Time after time my service are being suspended due to their system problems. Over the last two weeks I have spoken to no less than 7 people, which still left me frustrated. On the 5th I spoke to Tatum who referred me to accounts; on the 7th I spoke to Mbulelo who again referred me to Accounts after they referred me customer care; on 8th to Sipati at Accounts but again no success; on the 10th with David Duniwa @ CC who referred me back to Accounts; I then called Matomi @ Forensics who was the most helpful and efficient - she unlocked my accounts. Today my accounts were again soft locked. I just spoke to Melani @ CC who advised that I'm not the only one affected by this; she again referred me to Accounts. When I asked to speak to the Team Leader I was put on hold and left hanging ... this is by far the worst service ever. Ironically one pay thousands of rands for such terrible service - worst than the government! When I try to get out of the contract the block one with ridiculous settlement fees. Vodacom is just a BULLY that uses their corporate power to exploit innocent people. shame on you Vodacom!!!
