Vodacom sucks!!

They are 100% ***********. My wife had her s8 ****** on Saturday and struggled to get her ITC number. She runs a business with 8 hairdressers and all of them need her phone to make appointments. After 5 days of waiting for an ITC number we finally received an ITC number. FOR HER REPLACEMENT PHONE! The S8 is not blacklisted but her S6 that was her backup phone has now been blacklisted. Leaving our business at a stand still.
