Vodacom sucks

Went for an upgrade. They gave me my phone 2 weeks later brand new cat s31 and it was broken. Gave it back to be sent away and two months later still no phone. Someone from vodacom phoned to tell me I will be paying less for my phone for I am a long standing client and that ass went and put stuff on my contract for data which I did not agree to even. My money was not refunded 2 months later still no phone. This is *** service
