Vodacom Sucks

<p>Bought a phone last year July and the charger is faulty. I reported from March they said they will order a new one for me. I've been there and phoned them several times but nothing happens . Spoke to the manager Andrew and assistant Elzette . Complained few times on this platform and vodacom said , consultant will contact me which never happened . Actually vodacom sucks </p>
