vodacom sucks

Phone was ******. had to wait to go in to a store after work to block phone as consultant unable to assist. Bought new contract and unable to do sim swap as dont recall last number dialled or amount of airtime bought. Now without communication as call centre agents unable or not willing to assist. Had to wait 40 mins to speak to a unobliging agent with no authority and at 9.30pm at night - what are they doing ? sleeping on the job is what it looks like. I have had a contact for over 15 years and spent a small fortune with Vodacom. Perhaps going to MTN would be a better option.
