Vodacom sucks

Was at vodacom crescent mall Phuthaditjhaba looking for another Contract as an existing client. As soon as I stepped in, one consultant approached me. She asked me as to what was I looking for for and I told her about about the new contract I sought for. She immediately dismissed me saying that they don't have phones without even explaining anything at all, just like that she turned and walked away. I ended up at Telkom for a contract and without any hesitation I was assisted and asked to fetch my phone next week....
