Vodacom Sucks
Ordered a contract online, they called me back to confirm everything. I gave my work adress to where the device should be delivered to and they gave my home adress to Ram couriers. Now Ram couriers sent back the device to Vodacom and its now been 3 weeks and still no device. They dont call me to follow up and when i call them they just say sorry and want to send the device but they never do. Vodacom online orders are useless, my husband ordered a phone from telkom and got it in 2 days. Wish i went with vodacom
