Vodacom sucking us dry with their expensive data that doesnt even last 2 days

on the 9th March i bought 1 gig of data on the 11 March 2021 around 15h00 i received a notification that my data is depleted i then called vodacom to try and find out what is going on with my data for i always buy at least 1 gig every week and there is nothing that has changed from my side. i only use whatsapp and facebook. the rest of my applications are restricted including time and calendar app updates. I was assisted by Lebo who told me that i am abusing Vodacom's good gesture when i tried to find out what is happening with my usage. I felt insulted when i all asked is/has happened with my data. i would like to cancel my contract with vodacom. i called cancellation department and they transferred me to retention. I spoke to Lusanda at retention, after my husband has done all the security clearance with Lusanda at retention Lusanda told us she can not assist us because my contract was done from another department and gave me a *** then i was transfered again to client services where i was assisted by Itumeleng who said she will take down my numbers her teamleader will call me back while she transfers my to cancellation depart. I have been on a call with Vodacom more than 2 hours trying to sort out my issue, I am tired with vodacom's inconsistencies and inaccurate billing.
