Vodacom suck on Cash back promotiob

I got n new phone 9/3/2021... With a R200.00 cashback. Still waiting for it, said i would get a SMS, after a week i phoned the vodacomshop, after a week i went back to the shop. Lady send a whatssapp to the Samsung Cash back number... no reply yet. 3 weeks and still waiting... Pathetic from Vodacom
