Vodacom suck big time

I tookmy phone in because the speakerwas faulty. Got it back today aftera 3 week struggle with Vodacom and no loan phone. To my surprise all my contacts disappeared nevermind the files, photo,s and applications. I fail to understand why this happened to fix a hardware problem. Is Vodacom going to compensate me for my losses!!! This is totally unacceptable. I am not a happy customer and cannot wait for this contract to finish!!!
