Vodacom subsidy ********

I received a call from Intelicell telling me that they are working for Vodacom and little did I know, they are ******** and even on their website they claim to be Vodacom associates and they have charged me R150 even though I didn't take up any contract with them.

how in the hell, does a company charge you a fee even though you didn't take up a contract with them.
