Vodacom Subscription (Cancelled)

My aunt tried manieth times to cancel a Vodacom subscription, she went to vodacom, and she told them that she wants to cancel a subscription and everytime they refer her to someone else 🙄. Her subscription number is ***. But with no avail. Please, could you cancel her Vodacom and pay back her money as she has been trying for the last six months to get it canceled.
