Vodacom sub-standard with service delivery

I moved my account from Vodacom to anothyer service provider and upon doing so requested to be sent a closing balance in order to properly end my contractual relationship with Vodacom. They provided me with an email stating the closing balance, whereupon I immediately paid the amount in question and my number was migrated to the new network. However, ever since my migration to the new network, I have been contacted non-stop by Vodacom for collection of the balance of my account. Today again I received a call from their collection agent and was informed that I still owe them money and that we should attempt to 'get to the bottom of this matter'. I indicated that I would be posting my dissatisfactioni with them on social media in order to display their inadequacy to properly administer their services to the public. I am extremely disgusted as months before, due to mal-administration on their part, I have had to repeatedly forward proof of payments, for incorrectly allocated amounts, to their 'proofofpayment' division. I don't know who to contact anymore as I am being referred from this to that email and contact number. As a consumer, I would never consider supporting them again as I have been a customer all my life, yet they have been less than adequate in satsifactory resolution of the matter, at their service outlets in-store as well as telephonically. I suggest they employ competent personnel, as this is clearly not their current policy and also give attention to their administrative and bookkeeping functions as these are, to say the very least, pathetic. I will also not advise any of my friends or colleagues in the legal profession, to suuport them, as they will be unable to deliver the type of service the consumer is entitled to in the Consumer Protection Act and it seems that they are a law unto themselves.
