Vodacom stupidity or theft?

I posted a review recently about R76 per month being changed by Vodacom since 2016 for a number they cancelled a few months the service started. Well Vodacom contacted me and said they would cancel the number in response to my posting. The fact that the number had already been cancelled and it was the DEBIT ORDER that needed cancelling has yet again escaped them. I have just paid it again. Stupidity or theft.
