Vodacom stuffed up my contract

i had a call from Vodacom last week to assist and better my contract as i do not use the sms provided monthly and that they can give me more data, of which i agreed and now they messed up my order so badly that my data is not there and i have been put from one person to another the entire day and they cannot resolve my query or cancel this migration they did and just move me back to what i was getting.
