Vodacom Strikes again ......

Vodacom strikes again.....everyone please be careful if you are getting airtime through vodacom. I have a contract where i receive R200 worth of airtime on the 1st of every month, and I also get data. I make very few calls from my phone, I mostly use whatsapp. About the middle of June I tried to make a call, and it came up saying that I had no airtime and need to recharge. I just left it, thinking it was some kind of error and would somehow be rectified. I tried to make a call a few days later and the same thing happened, and I left it again and thought it would sort itself out and anyway my payments go through on the 1st of every month, and my new lot of airtime would be loaded. I have just tried to make a call and again I get the message that I need to recharge, and I have not made one phone call since 1 July when my new airtime was loaded. I phoned Vodacom Customer Care, who informed me that I have 2 subscriptions going off my airtime every day, one for R7.00 and the other for R5.00. So, I am losing R12.00 worth of airtime every day. However, when they checked to see what I am subscribed to it shows nothing. I have made a big noise about this and demanded that they stop whatever is coming off immediately, only to be told that they can't stop it because there is nothing to stop. I was told that it would be referred to their Legal Department for investigation. I also demanded a list of every R12.00 that has been debited against my airtime, and I want a refund as well. In December 2016, I had ********** transactions to the value of R44 000.00 go through my Absa Bank Accounts after a ********** sim swap was allowed by Vodacom. They are definitely not going to ***** me over again. People please be careful if you are a vodacom customer. I did a lot of investigating after the ***** on my accounts, and it appears that there is some kind of syndicate operating from a prison in JHB, that is targeting vodacom and Absa account holders. I am sick and tired of ********** taking my money !!!!!!!!
