Vodacom strikes again!

Why does one get charged an exorbitant amount in regards to data which NO ONE can advise as to when the notification was sent that out of bundle data rates will be charged!! The interesting fact is that although this account has been suspended due to a dispute logged and yet STILL being debited??!!! On contacting the Vodacom customer services centre (for the umpteenth time) I was told by one of the agents that this is my fault as clearly I don't know how to manage my data responsibly! Please can someone tell me HOW I can do that if it is a PURE data account and no notification is sent. The cherry on the cake is that I was offered a discount - 'IN GOOD WILL'???? All I get told is that the data was used - great! What I want to know is HOW and WHEN a notification was sent to indicate that the out of bundle rate applies. WHO was it sent too? I am STILL to receive resolution after more than a month. I have stayed with Vodacom due to the good service received in the past - what the hell is going on with you people?!
