Vodacom store very disappointing

I spend all my vodabucks to purchase on the store, i received one order and the other two just went by silently, got an SMS that the order wont happen. Please explain why suddenly you ran out of stock, it just doesn't make sense at all.

and i asked thm to group all my orders together and deliver, the guy said yes, yet they still brought one
