VODACOM STORE: THE PLACE, CLAREMONT BAD SERVICE

I just visited the Vodacom at The Place, Claremont and got the worst service. The reason I went there was because my phone is which is less than 6 months old is not reading the second sim card. The guy I spoke to didn't even bother looking at my phone but just told me to go to the store in Cave dish. When I asked him to at least check if I have inserted the sim card correctly he refused to do so.

I have been a customer of Vodacom for years. The handset that's in question was bought at that store. The service I received the was disgusting.
