Vodacom Store not aware of Advertised Deal

I went to the Vodacom Store at Festival Mall on 16 March 2021 in order to take out a contract for the Samsung Galaxy S21 (R649 pmx36), and I also wanted to add the Samsung Galaxy A31 (add R39 pmx36) as advertised on the cover page of the March 2021 Vodacom catalogue. The consultant at the store (Stacy Mvash) said that deal does not reflect on their system and therefore I could not get that deal. I asked to speak to the store manager (Fikile Khoza) and I was told that I could only get the Samsung Galaxy A31 for an additional R39 pm with the Samsung Galaxy S21+ or Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. I showed the store manager what was advertised on the catalogue and she then tried to explain to me that the deal for the Samsung Galaxy S21 was only for the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 for an additional R39 pmx36. This is not what is advertised on the cover page of the March 2021 Vodacom catalogue. I even told the store manager and consultant that I saw a deal on tv advertising the Samsung Galaxy S21 and Samsung Galaxy A31 for R688 pmx36, available on the Vodacom network as well as other networks. They told me that they do not offer that deal. How is it possible that the Vodacom Store employees do not understand what is advertised on their own catalogue. How many customers are being turned away because of the Vodacom stores employees ignorance?
