Vodacom store Mabopane

Yesterday I went into the Vodacom store because I was having issues with my contract sim, I was assisted at the door n given a ticket n told to sit on the benches n wait for a consultant to assist me. I did as I was told, the consultant who was to assist me was busy on the phone at that point he wasn't assisting anyone in the store, he went about stapling documents n the likes. I thought maybe he might not be aware that I was there to get his assistance, so I approached him n explained that I had been given a ticket n told to come to him, he told me to sit n await my turn n the system would call me, I asked him if the system was not controlled by him in that after his done he calls the next ticket number to come to him, he said that he doesn't like the questions I am asking. I told him that I was the only person in line n I had been sitting the for quite sometime now. He then proceeded to ignore me, so I continued to wait. A lady who had just walked in, was not even in the que, sat on the chair before him n he proceeded to help her. I then asked him for his name but he continued to ignore me, when I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he was the manager. I then left the store unassisted. I have in my possession my ticket number. To say I'm displeased is an understatement. Even if my perception had been wrong clearly some one should have explained that to me not to be left there sitting not knowing what is happening.
