Vodacom Store Clearwater Mall Very Bad Service
On Friday 29 June my fiancé Yazied Valla decided to go and apply for a contract at Vodacom. This would be the first contract he would ever have taken out in his entire life and he was so excited to get a new phone. We went to the Vodacom store in Clear Water Mall (the smaller store under the escalators). An Agent by the name of Patrick assisted us and we filled in a contract. It was after 17H00 and Patrick told us that he could not get the contract approved at this time but he would phone us on Saturday 30 June and let us know. No phone call received on Saturday.
On Sunday 01 July we decided to go back to the store to follow up. We were told that Patrick was not there and that no one else could assist us and that we should go home we will receive a phone call either Monday or Tuesday. I thought that this was very bad service as now we had to drive up and down to the mall. Usually when I take out a contract I get the phone the same day.
On Monday 02 July I called the store. A lady answered the phone and I explained to her that I wanted to follow up on the contract that my fiancé Yazied Valla had taken out. The lady (I don't know her name) asked for Yazied's name and ID number which I then gave her. She said that she would follow up and call me back but never called back. A called the store again and the same lady answered "how can I make you smile today?" I asked her what the status of the contract was and she then told me that the system was down and as soon as it was on again she would call me.
It is now Wednesday 04 July and still no word from the Vodacom store. This is very bad service and it seems like Vodacom doesn't really need business. My fiancé Yazied is so disappointed because he was so excited to get a new phone. To see him disappointed makes me very upset and we are definitely not smiling at all.
Can someone please call me my name is Brigitte Kriel and my cell number is ********** my work line is ********** or you can call Yazied after 16h00 as he works in a Call Centre and is not able to answer calls during the day. His number is ********** .
Can we please get this sorted out or at least tear up the contract that we signed.
Regards Brigitte Kriel
