Vodacom store Bad customer treatment

Good day,sir/madam

Firstly I would like to introduce myself.My name is Boy John Motsoeneng.On the 4th of last month which it was Sunday,I went to Maponya Mall with my wife and we walked in Vodacom store since well Vodacom is claiming that,I owe them whereas I never had a contract with them nor sign any agreement with them.Well we walked in a Vodacom store,where we find none of those consultant bothering themselves to assist and they were chilling drinking teas,drinks and eating snacks while we were waiting to be assisted and I approached one gentlemen to ask for assistant and he offered assistance by referring me to the other lady that I don’t know her name. Next to that lady, there was coloured lady busy gossiping about her manager’s make up, how clients look like and busy showing her colleague what she is wearing underneath. While we with that lady assisting me, here comes the so called manager or acting manager holding plastics and she saw that ,I as a customer…I have a serious problem that needs to be attended but she never bothered herself to come and listen my story instead, she took a phone and call her friends or whatever while the lady who was helping me waiting for her to finish and when she finished using the phone, she just passed or throw it to the lady and she took her fancy mobile phone to chats and I started to ask, Who is the manager in this store and the lady who was helping me said, here is the manager and I asked her to attend or assist me and she said, she can’t and asked her to take my copy of ID and contact details and she said again, she can’t and she will never take any of my details because Im the one who have a problem with Vodacom so I must phone them personally and that’s were I said to my wife…Lets leave this store because there’s no customer service and I said to them, I will lodge a complain to your head office and hellopeter so that the whole can how bad is Vodacom Sales Consultant in their stores and they said to me…Do it and we will be waiting for it.
