vodacom store
my phone was ******.the insurance approved it went to canal walk vodacom shop picked the a 32 4g instead i got the a 32 5g which the 4g is better i phoned in less then 24hours later to ask if I can change it to the one i was supposed to get now I was told i can't and a looping story.so I must pay for something i didn't want in the first place.the phone still in the original package just insert my sum to contact the store.so what happens to 7 day return warranty.im a loyal custermor going in for 3years and this is what I get?

02 Jun 2021, 10:52yet still no call from anyone.u won't accept fees that's little so y must i accept a deal phone.i didn't get it free i pay my account and my insurance paid in a R829 excess fee.from a a51 to a deal phone now u tell me if that's fair.but i promise this ain't the last of me ur hear

02 Jun 2021, 15:24no one has contacted me.custermor care,insurance and the store is a dead end so im stucked with a **** phone.even the insurance told me the store have me the wrong phone,what i got was a downgrade and posting it in hello Peter doesn't seen to help so what I'm doin next is laying a complain with the NCC AND hopefully they will take it from their.if not im go in to my attorneys.
