Vodacom stop taking customers for a ride
So my Vodacom account fell into arrears even though there was a debit order set up, then my phone got blocked. Nevertheless, I paid in cash over R1500 at the N1 city store, I then asked the female consultant when will my phone be unblocked then, she then said no the phone is not blocked, why do I, as a customer, know that it's blocked but the employee doesn't know that? Then I called in to head office and they claimed but there's documents that must be sent, after speaking to varies agents whom just said it will be unblocked after 7 working days. Got the forms, sent it off, after 7 days still not on, and this month is the 5th month my phone is blocked, when called in after 7 days they then claimed the copy of the ID was not clear, now why the he'll didn't a agent call? The customer had to call in! I was at the parow centre branch Friday 20/02/15 and shuaib then only removed the listing/unblocked and said it will work in 24/48 hours , and guess what? Still not working! Then he has the nerve to say 'give it time', I'm running a business and I'm loosing out and it's causing problems! And now I'm still paying for a phone that doesn't work! Pathetic is all word that describes Vodacom
