Vodacom!!!!!! Stop *****ing my Money!!!!!!!

In May this year I agreed to a data contract with Vodacom. To my understandi9ng, it was for a wireless modem with 2gigs of data. When it was delivered it was a normal usb ****le. I then called customer care and was told that the contract I had taken out was in fact for the usb ****le and not for the wireless modem contract. I then told customer care that I would like to cancel the contract and the consultant made a request to have the courier services collect it. The following day (18 May 2016) the usb ****le and the simcard was collected from me. I then called customer care to have the contract cancelled. Since the 1st of June 2016 to current, Vodacom has been debiting that amount from my account. I did call customer care after the first debit and was told that they would refund me for the debit as the system did not update to cancel the contract. Every month since then they have been debiting my account. I have called customer care countless times and this morning I was told that an amount of over R2000 will be debited from my account on the 1st of October because it was a premature cancellation which i dont understand since i requested the contract to be cancelled the same day i received the package. I'm very frustrated with this since my issue is not being resolved. I cannot afford an amount of R2000 to be deducted from my account especially since I have queried the issue for the last 4 months and not 1 of the consultants I have spoken to have been able to resolve my problem. I want my money refunded and I do not see why they want to debit my account with R2000 if I cancelled the contract the day the couriers came and collected it from me. I was on the phone for over an hour today being transverse from 1 division to the next. I urge you Vodacom please resolve my issue.
