VODACOM STOP RIPPING CUSTOMER OFF

Vodacom stop ripping customers of.i have a vodacom contract which i want to cancell .the problem is i am currently paying r400 for a package thats a *******.so i phoned the call centre and requested the package for r400 .1tb data package .was told because of my credit score i dont qualify .so vodacom is making people pay high rates for low packages .STOP ROBBING PEOPLE .UNBELIEVABLY. yes ur reply will say its process .what process cause i am still payong r400 for a rip of package .i dont even wana hear ur response .my cedit score is not for u to mock me .its 1 struggle in south africa at the moment .
