VODACOM STOP MESSING WITH OUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!
I don't even know where to start!!! I have a double deal contract with Vodacom for several years. It is time for me upgrade the contract but was told i cannot upgrade my number as my plan was migrated last year. I was never informed that if you migrate then the contract is extended with another 1 year. After contacting Vodacom, i spoke to a very polite and helpfull guy named Clint. He explained that because the migrated to another plan i cannot upgrade, but should i migrate back to the previous plan i was on i would be able to upgrade in September. I was happy with his assistance. After several calls thereafter i was told 10 thousand different stories from customer care to upgrade to wherever i was transferred too. My contract was migrated back to the old plan like previously explained now i need to wait another year to upgrade. For such a well-established institution, i am now totally confused of what is happening. I was told i could upgrade my number is September and that is what i expect. So i now need to pay for a contract that is 2 years old for another year because they migrated my contract. Vodacom really know how to mess with out hard earned money! I will take this matter to the highest rank possible for it to be sorted out. They cannot keep getting away with this and to top it all the consultant's sound as if they are angry because you are phoning. I want this matter resolved as soon as possible as i was misleaded by the information given. I will not let this matter slide and feel i should cancel my contract with them.
