Vodacom, Stop de*****ing me!

What is the matter with you? Do you and or your employees even listen to customers? Are you in the business of de*****ing current and future customers? I am battling to get a new line registered, tailored to what was given to me a few days earlier. After the first round of discussions and the lady speaking to me, confirming that it was the same package, just to find out the next morning that it was not the same. I cancelled that contract faster than they are trying to sell it to me. I was met with a few calls thereafter to find out what the issue was. I explained and they want me to just accept, I refused. They later stated that they will come back to me. Today I received a phone call again from Vodacom, and this gentleman, wanted to know what the issue was. He stated the issue and he said that he will delve into the matter and return shortly with an answer. I then started receiving message of a quote and then an order that was approved. The next message was to inform me of the delivery that will happen soon. So, Vodacom, are you allowing contracts being created in people’s names without their express acknowledgement and approval? Is this not *****? In other words you want to ***** from me and still laugh about it. How many people are de*****ed by you? I again cancelled the contract, and if your employees are not committing to the cancellation request, I will not agree to delivery and I will inform the couriers to take it back. I am not accepting this. This is so blatantly disregarding our rights as customers. Should I rather take my business elsewhere? Will that make you happy?

My issue which should have been resolved, is not resolved. The SIM Card has been returned to Vodacom, and according to our telephonic conversations, this contract would have been cancelled. I visited our local Vodacom Shop, where I was informed that this was not the case and the gentleman assisted me in logging a service request to request a cancellation on this contract. What else should I do to get properly helped with Vodacom? Should I do the work myself?

I cannot believe that I am still battling. I was hopeful when I was contacted and properly spoken to when I reported/reviewed my issue on Hello Peter. I thought this chapter was concluded.
