Vodacom STOP CALLING ME YOU LAZY TSOTSI’s AND CANCEL MY CONTRACTS AS YOU PROMISED.

Following my complaint here at hellopeter about Vodacom’s poor service, Mohale from vodacom contacted me on the 10th June 2020 stating that he listened to my contract cancellation record and he confirmed that indeed the consultant lady assured me that the two contracts are cancelled, anyway Mohale requested that I pay the outstanding R280.00 for March and which I did on the 10th June 2020 then emailed the proof of payment to the email (***) given to me by him(see below for the emails communicate). Again as usual the lazy Mohale did not follow through with the contract cancellation process as he promised (****) hence this lady from Vodacom debt collection to my surprise contacted me with regard to my non-existence contract. I AM SAYING FOR THE LAST TIME. vodacom STOP CALLING ME, I DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH YOU...YOU ANNOY ME WITH YOUR POOR LAZY SERVICES. Dear Khutjo

As per our discussion today, once the outstanding invoice of R280 has been paid.

Please forward us the proof and also include this email address: ***
