Vodacom stonewalls clients to keep them paying for services they can not deliver.

After sharing in detail how Vodacom don't honor their contracts and stonewalling clients in endless email-only contact and empty promises of looking into the issue of lack of service, yet expecting clients to pay month after month for internet service that barely allow access, they still keep doing it on Hello Peter's platform: Vodacom’s reply, 08 Nov 2024 at 08:12 Dear Customer, Thank you for making us aware of your complaint. Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query...

I am still waiting. No one contacted me yet, and soon it will be another month and another payment for 2-5mbps, while I have upgraded in March from 20mbps to 30mbps. I have evidence of how they just update their system after a complaint as follows: Melanie Gansert - 2024-09-12, 16:07 Incident INC*** has been updated to state - RESOLVED. System - 2024-09-15, 17:01 Incident CINC*** has been updated - CLOSED... No one came out or contacted me to check if anything improved at this time. I was send these comments on the system by Thembeni Rantsane, when she tried to help me at last. Her last reply was 2024-09-25 with: I will look into it...

I am still waiting for an update from her.

After I called another person, he suggested I have to pay more than R5000 to install equipment to TRY and see if we get another signal from a different tower! I have had perfect internet for years, so how do I pay now for their towers that can't deliver the service I upgraded with?????????????????????

I want to cancel my contract and find another solution for my business, yet they will not allow this! How can they expect me to pay for months for a service they can not deliver? Isn't this breach of contract from their side?

The same generic reply as always.
Stonewalling yet again with empty promises.
What about a time frame of how long this will take?
There is just no loyalty or sense of accountability towards customers.

Trapping customers into contracts to ensure monthly income, without honoring the contracted service is a bad way of doing business.

I appreciate the response.
Kindly provide me a timeframe of when to expect any contact from Vodacom.
