Vodacom stole the credit I am supposed to have recieved

I have never misses a payment. Now all of a sudden when I am prommised a refund for Vodacoms lack of after sales service to receive a credit I had an amount owing on my Vodacom account and guess what theexact amount that I should have received! My debit order is deducted every moment on the first of every month for the past 22 years without any problem regardless what theamount is. Vodacom deducts any amount even though it is not the original debit order that I signed 22 years ago. Please do not give me an agent to speak to they cannot help me. I need somebody high enough in Vodacom to sort out this nonsens. I want my promised refund. And do not give me an e mail stating an agentcwill contact you shortly because that happens once in a blue moon.

Vodacom is down right *******. My contract will be canceled and I will move to another provider that will give me better service and jotc***** my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'
