Vodacom stole our money
As usual Vodacom is *****ing from their customers. For 2 years we were paying R65 per month for "uChoose Flexi 65" plan, without using any of the allocated airtime, and in 2 years have accumulated around R1,560. Upon switching to prepaid, all airtime is lost. I understand that this is part of T&Cs, but if you look at it through a normal person's eyes, and not from a "how can we ***** from our customers more" legalistic corporate eyes, this is a pure *******. What did we pay R65 per month for? Why Vodacom gets to decide what to do with our accumulated money? Why no one even mentioned it to us on a call when we asked to cancel the contract? Why are you such ******* and how do you sleep at night?

12 Jul 2021, 13:13Exactly as I said - you found a way to ***** people's money by adding clauses like this into T&Cs. Paid over R1,500 with absolutely no value provided by Vodacom. You can have this in T&Cs as much as you want, the fact remains - money paid, no service received.
