Vodacom stole my R23

I settled my account with Vodacom and my reference number is ***, to my surprise this morning vodacom deducted R23 from my account and I don't know what for, I want my ****en R23 as little as it may be, I want it, I struggled with getting my account settled because vodacom kept saying I owe them and I had to write them a review on hellopeter and they called and said they have fixed the problem but now they took my money again, I want every cent of my money, vodacom is the most useless network service ever with useless call center that doesn't help with ****.
