Vodacom stole my phone…

Why have you guys ****** my phone? I returned my phone to you guys back in December after you kept it for 2 months and tried to con me into paying 7 grand for a pin reset, the phone comes back more broken only to suddenly find out the 7 grand was for a camera lense, and because of that you were unable to reset the pin.

Apparently a pin cannot be reset if the lense is cracked, I am guessing the pin security is stored in the camera lense?

Now here’s the funny on, after sending the more broken phone back, nobody can find the broken lense? So who was the person who felt it was morally and legally acceptable to make me pay 7 grand for nothing?

This “no longer broken lense” was the last feedback I got back on the 25th of January, I still don’t have my phone back and your srm department has decided that responding to a complaint about poor service, *****, *******ion and theft is not worth their time.

I am literally getting ready to involve the police in this matter, on Monday I am forwarding all written comms to my lawyer so that I can find out if this is a civil or a ******** matter.

You guys have spent almost 5 months with my phone, it went in for a reset and came back with a broken screen after a failed con attempt.
