Vodacom stole my number and sold it to someone else

I have a vodacom power mini ****le that I use when away from home. Today I loaded R385 on the number and could not get connectivity. I went to the Vodacom shop and was told that my number was recycled, and the assistent installed a new sim card wit a new number. He could not help me to get the data transfered to the new number and said I must try on Monday. Today is Sunday. He did call the helpline but the lady I spoke to could not help either. Is it not a ******** offence to take a number I bought and paid for and then sell it to another customer? I was never notified that the number was not mine anymore. Absolutely shocking and ******** behaviour by Vodacom. What a bunch of thieving psycopaths.
