Vodacom Stole my number!!!!!

I lost my usb ****le with my vodacom sim in it. I went into a vodacom shop in Pavillion durban to perform a sim swop, I was told that my number had been moved to contract and I should call the call centre to enquire this because they cannot assist me. I called the call centre I spoke to a numer of consultants because we kept being disconnected, the one consultant I spoke to and managed to see the call through was "Nelly" (Nelisiwe Dlamini) she's in the JHB CBD call centre. We went as far as all the security questions and she said I got all of them wrong, she was talking utter, utter *******! I then asked her what questions I got wrong because I have never exchanged talking points, there was no call airtime no data bundles on the sim but the last recharge 3gigs data via internet banking and the last device my sim was in was a usb ****le. She insisted I go to a Vodacom store for assistence, I told her that's where I started though she said I should go. Well I went to Vodacom Musgrave Durban again they told me the same thing that I should contact he call centre. Everytime I call I am kept on hold for longer that 30min until I'm disconnected or whatever, so when I called while in the store I was on hold until the store had to close. I came back home called again spoke to a Chantel she tried to assist me and this was like the second time I had spoken to her in that week, she gave me a reference number because she failed to assist me the first time and now she was escalating it. I was supposed to be contacted within 3 working days it has been 2 weeks (10 working days) and no one has contacted me. I would really like to know what should be done now????? I have been sent from pillar to post for so long now!! I now believe that my number was just moved and allocated to someone else without my knowledge just like how my mother's cellphone number was moved in November 2015 and she didn't take it up with you guys, I won't let tht happen to me! Cell number in question ********** 460 ref number provided 1/ ********** 6857
