Vodacom stole my money, now wont refund

<p>I cancelled my contract with Vodacom in Decemeber 16. A debit order of about R120 went off my account in Jan 17, and i assumed it was because i had to give 30 days notice. Another debit order for the same amount went off in Feb, which i subsequently reversed with the bank and i requested Vodacom to stop debiting my account. Again a debit order in March for R445.77 went off my account and i only realised it too late to reverse it with the bank. I then called Vodacom to inform them of this anauthorised debit order. They confirmed that my vodacom account was in a credit and that the money will be refunded into my personal account within 7 working days. Its over a month now that i have been calling and enquiring about my refund, instead i am being sent from pillar to post with empty promises fo the refund, yet everytime i call i am being told that a request was not made for my money to be refunded into my personal account. I have cancelled my account and have no other contracts with vodacom, so why is my money still sitting in my vodacom account.I am tired if waiting, i want my money back right now.</p>
