Vodacom stole my money

I app**** for a contract phone with them becuase i wanted to upgrade but they offered me let me say something that i didn't want ( cheap phone), so i cancelled the order before i received it and told the courier to send the pone back to the company, i didn't hear anything from vodacom till this date, suprising i see a contract debit from my bank account, i want my money back
