Vodacom stole my money and won't pay it bac****

I telephoned Vodacom at the beginning of June 2019 to port my number to another service provider and was given amount an amount to pay which I paid. I received my final account with a credit in excess of R2 000,00. I telephoned to enquire when I would be receiving this amount and was told it would take up to 3 weeks. I waited the 3 weeks and phoned again only to be told it would take another 3 weeks. I was told that a Manager would phone me back and needless to say no one has. I am not prepared to wait another 3 weeks and more phone calls. They have ****** my money and I want it back NOW!!!
