Vodacom stole my money

<p>i had a contract with Vodacom a few years back but due to financial difficulties my account was handed over. i requested a settlement letter from vodacom end of August after going back and forth they finally provided me with a letter. i paid the amount of about R5000 such a large amount but i didnt want to make a fuss. Then on 17 October i checked my credit profile and vodacom was still reflecting on my profile with an outtanding amount. i called them and i spoke to Vincent Maseko who advised that they never recieved the payment. it seems like i used the wrong reference number the reference they gave me. he asked me to forward a proof of payment for them to investigate which i did. 2 days later i did follow up and Vincent rep**** saying they still investigating. Today is 1 December and i have never got any feedback from Vodacom. this is utter BS yes i was handed over but i paid. can someone please sort out this mess. </p>
